We acknowledge and work to safeguard human rights, labor rights, and the environment.
We adhere to the UN Global Compact’s ten principles for responsible business.
These principles are embedded in our internal Ethical Guidelines and in the Code of Conduct applicable to suppliers and customers.
Due Diligence
Each year, we conduct a due diligence assessment to identify our impact on human rights, labor rights, and the environment.
Transparency
We are fully transparent about our efforts to uphold fundamental human rights, decent working conditions, and environmental responsibility.

Whistleblowing / Complaints
We encourage everyone to report any situation where we may directly or indirectly violate human rights, labor rights, or environmental standards.
Whistleblowers will not be penalized or disadvantaged as a result of reporting, and anonymity will be preserved if requested.
The Quality Manager reports the case to the Managing Director, who decides on appropriate measures.
The whistleblower will be informed about the actions taken and the outcomes.
