Haakon Ellingsen AS acquiers NOR Instruments AS

Haakon Ellingsen AS was established in 1962.  The company has developed to a leading supplier of quality products to the Norwegian offshore, ship and landbased industry. In 2008, Haakon Ellingsen AS bought NOR Instruments AS. On 01.01.2010 their merge was complete.

Haakon Ellinsen AS is a juridical name

Haakon Ellingsen AS is the juridical name and is used where there is a juridical need or is demanded by law.
 
This means that Haakon Ellingsen AS is used:
  • On all legally binding contracts.
  • All outgoing invoices shall be issued with the juridical name and organisation number as well as with the marketing name.
  • All inbound invoices must be issued to Haakon Ellingsen AS
